The provider speaks: English

I was born in the tiny Indigenous community of Chillipahua, far from the city of Cusco. My father, mule driver Ignacio, was and continues to be a great example for me, we both share a passion for preserving the local cultural and natural environment and creating beautiful experiences for visitors to the area.

I studied tourism in the city of Cusco, mastered the English language and worked as a tour guide at several respected tourist agencies in Cusco. During the time I worked for other tour providers, I saw how the services could be more personalized and how much visitors wanted to get really close to the indigenous people and their culture, a desire that was often not met by the tours and experiences they were offered. This is what motivated me to set up my company in 2018, and since then, feedback from clients confirms that we have been consistently meeting or exceeding visitors’ expectations.

Route details

Day 1
Sacred Valley Discovery: From Pisac to Ollantaytambo

Your day begins with a hotel pickup in Cusco, setting off toward the impressive Pisac Archaeological Park. Perched high on a mountain ridge, this remarkable Inca site reveals ancient terraces, ceremonial areas, and burial niches carved into the rock. After exploring the ruins, you’ll have free time to wander through Pisac Market, where vibrant textiles, handmade jewelry, and traditional crafts showcase the rich culture of the Andes.

The journey continues to Urubamba, where you’ll enjoy a fresh and nourishing lunch in the heart of the Sacred Valley. Re-energized, you’ll travel onward to the fascinating Moray, known for its circular terraces that once served as an experimental agricultural center for the Incas.

A short drive brings you to the breathtaking Maras Salt Mines, where hundreds of shallow salt pools cascade down the mountainside. Fed by a naturally saline spring, these terraces are still harvested today by local families using centuries-old techniques.

To round off the day, you’ll visit Ollantaytambo, a living Inca town where original streets, water channels, and impressive ruins continue to tell the story of this ancient civilization.
