Combine coastal walking with yoga, breathwork and meditation on Tasmania’s north-east coast. The itinerary brings together active time outdoors and opportunities for wellbeing and rejuvenation, with space each day to slow down, unwind and take part in specialised yoga sessions.

From Launceston, travel towards Mt William National Park and the Bay of Fires Conservation Area, taking in the coastal scenery of Tasmania’s East Coast. Highlights include the historic Eddystone Point lighthouse, sweeping coastal views, sandy beaches, sheltered coves and distinctive boulders covered in bright orange lichen. Time is also spent in the seaside town of St Helens and around Ansons Bay.

The days combine guided walks with daily yoga, meditation and breathwork, including a three-hour specialty yoga workshop. Return each evening to a comfortable farm stay, where your guides prepare wholesome meals using fresh local produce. Enjoy snacks, time to relax, and the peaceful surroundings of the working farm between walks and wellness activities.
